A statement of truth to expose the conspiracies of declared accusations against Ansar al ‎Islam ‎

Praise is to Allah and peace and blessings on the Prophet of Allah, and on his family, ‎‎companions and those who support them, To proceed

Allah the Almighty says
‎"You shall certainly be tried respecting your wealth and your souls, and you shall certainly hear ‎from those who have been given the Book before you and from those who are polytheists much ‎annoying talk; and if you are patient and guard (against evil), surely this is one of the affairs ‎‎(which should be) determined upon. "(Aal Imran 186)‎

On Tuesday, 20th of Shaban 1430, corresponding to 11/8/2009 Atheel Al Najeefi, posted as the ‎‎governor of Mausil by the occupation government, organized a press conference, in which he ‎‎declared his accusation of Ansar Al Islam with the explosions at the area of Khaznah (Al Shabak), ‎‎located east of Mausil. Therefore it became mandatory upon us to state our stance in relation to ‎‎his this accusation and the accusations of his likes, so we say, seeking aid from Allah‎

A witness from us and clarification for the present and future generations -‎

Our most important qualities as an organization, is having a completely stable political stance, ‎‎and absolute neutrality adhering to truth in the conflict on the ground in general, including national ‎‎strife and others, and our jihad is committed by the grace of Allah, with Shari’ and Administrative ‎‎controls, may it be on the decision making level or on the internal level of the group or on the ‎‎level of dealing with others, and we rely on steady self and methodological struggle, towards ‎‎crossing the phases to set up a jihadi Muslim generation, that livens the Aqeedah of monotheism, ‎‎and calls to follow the Sunnah of its Prophet (peace be upon him), and that tasks enlivening the ‎‎Ummah and commits itself to Jihad that adheres to knowledge and Dawah (preaching) as its ‎‎methodology for change.‎

The American plan of withdrawal from the cities was ****d on an important condition, and that is ‎‎not to implement any withdrawal truly, until the American forces have completed setting up bands ‎‎attached to it, referentially, that in turn work to liquefy the stable jihadi references, and its ‎followers ‎on the Iraqi field. We noticed this matter since the beginning days of Jihad, so we ‎pledged to set ‎up an authentic and righteous jihadi reference through planning, practicing and ‎fulfilling.‎

The current conflict that’s going on now, north of Iraq, is taking place in areas believed to be loyal ‎‎and leaning towards the puppet regime in Kurdistan, and the apparent targeting of the villages ‎‎was on religious or methodological grounds instead the targeting is political, included in the circle ‎‎of a nationalist and regional conflict within the boundaries of the dispute.‎

The ruling of the Rafidah in the Sharia of the Lord of the Worlds, is that they are people of ‎‎polytheism and the ruling of the Kurdish tribes is that they are apostates and this is what we ‎‎believe, and it has been proven to all people that the Kurds and the Rafidah in Iraq are the allies ‎‎and helpers of the American Crusade occupation, since the very beginning of what they call, ‎‎‎(Liberation of Iraq) and until our this very day.‎

We declare and with all responsibility that we have no connection with the explosions of Khaznah ‎‎‎(Al Shabak), from near or far, and have no claim in this conflict or its effects from all sides and on ‎‎all levels.‎

And what we believe, is that it is not right, according to Sharia, to target women, children and old ‎‎people in the peaceful towns, not to begin with or in stability, and shielding in the ‘study of war’ in ‎‎the Islamic Sharia in eminent, but it is held by certain conditions and it is rightful to use this only ‎in ‎extreme situations. ‎

We know with complete conviction, that the statement of Atheel Najeefi and his likes and which ‎‎aim at inciting people by the name of groups to arouse national and Arab and Kurd conflicts, but ‎‎our methodology is far loftier than to be ignorant, or national or a part of conspiracy of alliances ‎‎and counter alliances that the sides of the fight are trying to attract, to gain control of Mausil, even ‎‎if the opposing sides are hiding behind the mask of Arab interests or Kurdish interests in the area.‎

And we retain the right to respond and deter towards Atheel Al Najeefi, and those who accuse the ‎‎Ansar oppressively and wrongly, and we have the right to choose the suitable time and place ‎‎without prior warning

This statement of response got delayed, for two reasons, first, perhaps they would step back from ‎‎their false accusation and transgression to truthfulness and second, so that the truths about this ‎‎circle of conspiracies is revealed through the natural flow of circumstances and situations, and all ‎‎the hidden sides of their aims behind inciting the tribal clashes in the boundaries of the region ‎‎would unveil. We wouldn’t have replied to these people except for historical ********ation, and ‎‎in order to eradicate doubtfulness with truthfulness and to place the reality of the truth in front of ‎‎our Islamic ummah generally and the people of knowledge especially.‎

Attaching accusations to ansar, is a ring in the last 3rd of the chain of the political series and ‎‎methodology of the new Bathi party. The statements of Najeefi and others are issued from the ‎‎cradle of these policies, in a desperate attempt to weaken the power of the Mujahideen through ‎‎directing the wrath of the fighting factions on the battle ground towards the jihadi Ansar al Islam, ‎‎which can pose a threat on the broken aspirations of the Bath in the area (as they earlier did with ‎‎Jihadi groups in the Iraqi field). It is to be noted that the leadership of Bath has presented a ‎‎project to America that will provide it, as they claim, with a safe alternative from the Rafidah ‎‎government, and a protective barrier against the Iranian influence and a protector of American ‎‎interests in the area. This project seeks to the penetration of Bath into the various political ‎‎decision making circles and the different clashing divisions spread on the field, and this policy is ‎‎to collect all the political and military factions in pacts and fronts in the framework of a single ‎‎administration so that the Bath is able to lead it, and administrate it, and to make it a national ‎‎**** for it and a fighting balance in the future battles. The Bath worked from the very beginning of ‎‎the Jihad in Iraq (after occupation), in feeding the enemy press with political media programs that ‎‎are ****d on separating the legal jihad from the Muslims and in an attempt to diminish its ‎‎presence on the battlefield, and to work on spoiling the image of its leadership, in the form of ‎‎direct declarations from them or through the factions under its influence and on that account ‎‎spreading the national feelings as a replacement for the Shar’i jihad

Also after the Bath lost its supportive generation they were forced to turn to exploiting the ‎‎resistive generation through utilizing its political choice and imposing their hand on their funding ‎‎capabilities, and the Bath has succeeded some what in utilizing these factions, that will enable ‎‎them to be the sole survivor in the future ground‎

And in the end the use of these irresponsible accusations to stir the fight in area ethnically, that ‎‎would extend to a national call, prior to the elections, that have neared in Iraq, in a wishful attempt ‎‎to control the future government, and to become dominant over the oil reserves and an attempt ‎to ‎occupy the lands that are being fought over and to annex it to one of the sides of the conflict

And we refuse with our methodology and politics, to aid the occupations and crusaders or sharing ‎‎the apostates in allegiance or decision, or adopting the national or ignorant factions and with ‎‎Allah we seek refuge. ‎

O Allah show us truth as truth and guide us to follow it and show us falsehood as falsehood and ‎‎guide us to avoid it, and the last of our calls is praise is to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and ‎‎peace and blessings of Allah on our prophet Muhammad his family and companions
